Rancho Codorniz is a retreat in development, led by Alexis Rodriguez. The founding list is free and is not a reservation or investment.

What you share

The founding-list form collects your email, optional name and location, travel and stay preferences, interests, referral information, and your consent. The partner form collects the contact details, role, website, experience, and message you choose to provide. Please do not submit financial account details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use founding-list information for the project updates and research invitations you consent to receive, and to understand guest preferences. Partner inquiries are used to respond about potential collaboration. We do not sell these submissions.

Website measurement and hosting

Our application records page views, referring pages, campaign attribution, form submissions, and related project activity. It does not add advertising cookies, fingerprint visitors, or create a persistent visitor identifier. Hosting providers may process network and security logs. Information is stored through our website hosting services, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and may be handled by email services when we respond.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, ask a privacy question, or request access, correction, or deletion of your submission, email alexis@silvergunrecords.com from the address you used. Requests are handled manually; please include “Rancho Codorniz” in the subject. We may need to verify your request before changing or disclosing information.

We retain submissions while relevant to the project and your consent, subject to deletion requests and any applicable recordkeeping needs. A minimal suppression record may be kept to honor an unsubscribe request. Project plans may change; joining the list creates no obligation to purchase anything.
